This free educational event, presented by Uptown United in partnership with the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, will provide businesses interested in commercial space with tangible "What I need to know" details before signing a lease and will also inform property owners about what they should know when trying to attract businesses and work with brokers. Along with a speaking panel, this event will include an open networking portion for attendees to connect with local commercial brokers.
