Gentle, flowing movements for balance, flexibility & stress relief. Perfect for beginners of all ages & fitness levels. Learn basic postures, breathing & mindful movement. No experience needed - wear comfortable clothes, non-street flat shoes (shoes you don't walk around the city in) or be comfortable barefoot. The class will be about 50 minutes long. The location may have cameras in public areas. Contact instructor if accommodations needed.
