Learn to Hula Hoop Chicago (All Levels)
Laugh, move, have fun and be fit and healthy! Hula hooping is a playful and positive cardio workout option for all ages and body types. Perfect for men, women, children, expecting mothers (with special pregnancy hoops) etc.
This class will introduce the basics of hula hooping and The HoopFit® Workout that fuses hooping with familiar cardio exercises. We will cover hooping at the waist, hips, and off the body basics. Come wearing comfortable clothes; yoga attire is perfect.
Adult hoops will be provided, or bring your own.
Bring a friend and come ready to have a blast.
