Public Art Project: DIY Tassels to Decorate Argyle

Decorate the neighborhood with unique DIY tassels. Your creations will be publicly displayed as cultural embellishments on Argyle Street in a project led by installation artist, Christophe Gausparro, and funded by a grant from Choose Chicago. We'll use non-traditional materials to create these vibrant and texturally-rich ornaments.

After our workshop leader provides step-by-step instructions on few different styles, volunteers can have fun flexing their creativity. Attend from the start or drop in as time allows. All supplies will be provided. For teens and adults.
