Mike Bushell is the Managing Director and Owner of Exit Factor of Chicago Southwest. For more than 20 years, he has helped organizations grow, transform, and execute critical business initiatives while partnering with small business owners through Fortune 100 companies. Today, he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs increase the value of the businesses they have worked so hard to build and prepare for a successful transition, whether that means selling, transferring ownership, or simply creating more freedom and options for the future.

Mike combines an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a background as a licensed Professional Engineer to bring a structured, analytical approach to business growth and value enhancement. Outside of work, Mike enjoys cooking and exploring the science behind great food through resources like America’s Test Kitchen and Serious Eats’ Food Lab.
