The Uptown Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting of Members is a procedural meeting defined in the bylaws and serves as the mechanism through which directors are installed as members of the Chamber's board of directors.
The annual meeting has different formats year to year and this year we're holding the meeting in the Winthrop Family Historical Garden at 4620 N. Winthrop from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 26th. All member businesses are welcome to cast their vote for a slate of directors recommended by the executive committee.
The annual meeting also serves as an opportunity to network and get to know the staff and board of the Chamber. And Winthrop Garden -- what better place to cut out of the office and head to at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday in August?
This is the Chamber's 102nd annual meeting of members and we'd love to catch up with you with a summer barbecue! Cost of attendance includes food (burgers, brats, veg options) and beverages.
