Women's Circle Chicago

Women's Circle Chicago is a monthly gathering. We will gather on a Monday (Moon Day) each month to celebrate, move our bodies, personally and collectively set intentions, and serve our community together.
Each gathering creates the possibility for connection through dancing/movement, song, bodycare products, meditations/yoga, and a and a closing circle.

Sarah Valentino is the founder of Sarah Joy Sound and Wellness, offering services designed to support clients and students on their wellness journey. As a certified yoga instructor, sound meditation facilitator, and wellness consultant, she’s passionate about cultivating balance and harmony through holistic practices.

Based in Northshore, Sarah teaches and hosts workshops throughout Chicago’, often collaborating with like-minded professionals to inspire community wellness. Her yoga teaching, sound meditations, and wellness concierge services empower clients to become their own healers. With warmth and sincerity, Sarah creates uplifting, transformative experiences that nurture body, mind, and spirit.
