Networking reception celebrating Uptown's community of small business owners from Africa. The Uptown Chamber of Commerce, along with 7th district State Senator Mike Simmons and 46th Ward Alderwoman Angela Clay are interested in celebrating and promoting Uptown's unique density of businesses owned by people of African descent.
