The Chicago Magic Lounge is seeking friendly, professional Patron Services Associates (PSAs) to join our team. PSAs play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting the unique atmosphere of Chicago's premier destination for live magic.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Provide friendly, attentive service and answer guest questions.
- Maintain a professional presence on the floor and throughout the space at all times.
- Use inclusive, person-first language when interacting with patrons.
- Be knowledgeable about venue FAQs, the building, the magic collection, as well as our rotating roster of entertainment.
- Greet guests and check tickets.
- Manage guest flow and lines outside the venue.
- Escort guests to seats and provide show information.
- Monitor audience experience during performances.
- Support magicians and service staff during cocktail hour and shows.
- Opportunity to cross-train for box office associate.
- Assist with light cleaning, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.
- Check restrooms periodically and maintain cleanliness.
- Communicate with staff via radio during service.
- Help ensure all patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the venue during shifts
- Interest in hospitality, entertainment, or live performance is a plus
Chicago Magic Lounge currently has part-time openings on our Patron Services team. We are primarily a nightlife destination; as such, shifts are typically in the evenings and on weekends during performances, with occasional special events that fall outside of normal business hours.
Rate
$18.50/hr
