Position Overview
The Barista will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to Presotea recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipments, workstations, and public areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
