Friends of Brennemann

About Us

Friends of Brennemann is a 501(c)(3) founded in 2022 by Uptown neighbors to support Brennemann Elementary, our local CPS school. We work to bridge the gap between public funding and what students and teachers truly need. Nearly 70% of students qualify for free lunch, reflecting the real challenges many families face.
In just three years, we’ve raised over $135,000 and built a strong volunteer program.
We believe that strengthening our neighborhood school strengthens our entire community.
