Ashantis is a queer, cis-Black woman with AuDHD & fibromyalgia who is passionate about body respect. With experience working with BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent individuals, Ashantis feels called to expand her services to help couples improve their communication and connection. Utilizing pillars of intersectional and person-centered therapeutic approaches, her approaches aims to help clients navigate oppressive systems and foster community care, self-love and healing.
