Our Team is Growing: Explore Dance Therapy with Jayme Kelton

Here at Bellamy & Associates, a women-owned, Uptown-based therapy, coaching, and energy healing practice we're thrilled to announce our team is expanding! We're welcoming Jayme Kelton (she/her) to the team. Jayme has immediate availability for online mental health coaching and dance/movement therapy sessions.

Jayme specializes in trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, and supporting individuals affected by addiction, anxiety, and emotional distress. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement and creative expression can help people reconnect with themselves, process their emotions, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

Jayme joins the team with over 10 years' of experience in the mental health field. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, she's glad to be serving the Chicago community once again.
