Meet Paulina
I’m Paulina (or Pau) and I’m from Mexico City. As a person whose mind and body are constantly on the move, yoga has become a part of my life that I can’t live without. Practicing yoga allows me to stay active, manage my anxiety, and cope with recurring symptoms of depression. Teaching is my way of sharing this transformative practice with others. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 4 years in studios, gyms, office spaces, gardens, and on paddleboards on the lake. I aim to create restorative classes with accessible challenges that will leave students feeling strong and accomplished. All bodies are welcome!
