AllPaths Wellness Expands Community Tai Chi Programming with February Series
CHICAGO, IL – Following a successful January launch, AllPaths Wellness announces an expanded Intro to Tai Chi series for February 2026. The four-week program will meet every Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM throughout the month, offering Chicago residents a consistent practice in mindful movement and stress reduction.
Held at 4511 N Clark St in Uptown, each 50-minute session welcomes beginners of all ages and fitness levels. Participants will build on foundational Tai Chi techniques including basic postures, breathing exercises, and gentle flowing movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity.
"January showed us there's real interest in accessible wellness practices in our neighborhood," says Don of AllPaths Wellness. "This February series gives people a chance to develop a regular practice and experience the cumulative benefits of Tai Chi."
